With paid packages, it is possible to perform basic customization of the survey directly on the site. This includes the possibility to set the background or buttons color, change the font or text characters,… To do this, go to my space, select the study to customize and click on "integrate the study on my website". Customization options will appear on your screen. However, if you want a more advanced design, we offer you a team of professional designers who will be happy to optimize the complete design of your study according to your preference.
You need help for the analysis of your data or you simply do not have time and prefer to have the final report directly? Seerus offers a thorough analysis of your data whether the data has been collected through your survey on Seerus or in your possession beforehand. We provide you with a detailed report of the analysis on the support of your choice (PDF, PowerPoint, Excel,…) and remain available by phone for any further help.
Thanks to the import of the data base directly on the Seerus tool, two main benefits become available:
- This enables the individualization of your survey: ask your respondents only for the information you don’t own yet. In addition, customized links let you trace your respondents and admit only a single participation in the survey for each of them.
- With the functionality "Automatic analysis", the import of the database allows to cross and instantly analyze all the variables side-by-side in order to determine if relationships (correlation + or - , dependency relationship,…) between these variables exist.: You can then take into account any findings or proven relationships that has been identified during the pre- analysis to structure your inquiry or create your questions to get the right and missing information.
Adding targeting to the panel of your respondents will ensure the relevance of the results. Therefore, Seerus gives you the opportunity to choose from a range of characteristics that your respondents have to match in order for their answers to be included in the survey results. The answers from individuals who do not match the criteria do not come to influence into the analysis but are still available in the Excel report related to your study under the "no match" sheet. Targeting is a free option with the use of your own data base but becomes chargeable if you choose to use the data base of Seerus.
iFrame on website and NPS
Via iFrame Seerus allows you to integrate your survey directly on your website or any other webpage. With this functionality, you add a distribution channel to your survey by making it available for all visitors of your site from whom you do not always have the contact information. In addition, if you choose to integrate a Net Promoter Score® in your investigation, you can now bring up the result of it on your website in the form of a starry widget. By adding this widget, you share your customer satisfaction with your entire community
The API system allows you to create a channel between your internal system and the tool Seerus.

An automatic update of your customer database in Seerus generating unique and customized survey links according to the information available on the (new) customers’ profile.
This functionality is very useful if the survey is conducted on a continuous basis with an automatic sending of e-mails in a defined time interval or upon the occurrence of a particular event (visit, shopping ...).
As part of a survey conducted on your website
Once your customer or prospect register / log in to your website, the survey link that is offered is adapted to the information available on his profile, creating a personalized survey.
When creating your survey, you are able to choose the language(s) in which you want to publish (French, English , Dutch) . The interface and mandatory profile questions set by Seerus (3) are adjusted according to your choice, leaving you only the writing of your questions in the different languages selected. For each of the selected language , an individual survey link is created.
